InnoWave @ Techcity is a series of inspirational talks hosted by John Keells Research to enable brilliant minds to share knowledge on innovation and its significant role in development and business. Through this program, John Keells Research hopes to contribute to the creation of an innovation ecosystem at the Technology City in Pitipana, Homagama by creating a common platform which brings together the prominent institutes based in the tech city thus spurring collaboration.
The second session was held on the 11th of December and was a Q&A session with Ms. Otara Gunewardene, an entrepreneur, philanthropist and the Founder of Odel, Embark and Otara foundation. Otara shared her inspirational story of being an entrepreneur and building businesses up from scratch.
